Data Requirements
No identifying information about your donors is required
This assures you of the continued security and privacy of your donor file.
There are only five fields required in order to produce one of our reports:
• Donor I.D. Number
• Gift Date
• Gift Amount
• First Gift Date
• Appeal Code or Name
These fields can be easily transmitted in a format known as a comma delimited text file. Our professionals can help you to understand how to do this if required. Our professionals can also help you select an appropriate file format to send your data should comma delimited text not be possible.
